HM150-H Commercial Dehumidifiers

We hire out commercial grade HM150-H structural drying dehumidifiers suitable for drying out rooms affected by water damage, damp ingress, flood recovery or post-remediation drying. These are not domestic units. They are the same equipment used by professional damp and restoration contractors and they make a significant difference to drying times.

Units are delivered, positioned and set up by our team. We collect when you are done or when the target moisture levels have been achieved. You do not need to handle anything yourself.

What Is Included

Every hire includes delivery to your property, positioning of the unit in the affected area, and collection at the end of the hire period. We advise on optimal placement to maximise drying efficiency. If you have had remediation work carried out with us, we factor dehumidifier placement into the post-treatment plan at no extra charge for the advice.

Who Hires Our Equipment

Our dehumidifiers are used by homeowners drying out after a water leak or flood, landlords managing damp properties between tenancies, letting agents and property managers overseeing post-remediation drying, housing associations managing Awaab’s Law compliance timelines, and loss adjusters coordinating insurance restoration work.

If you need a moisture log or documentation of drying progress for insurance or compliance purposes, we can provide that alongside the hire.

Coverage Area

We deliver and collect across South East London as standard, covering SE, BR, DA and CR postcodes. For larger orders or contract arrangements we can discuss wider London coverage.

Combined with Our Other Services

Dehumidifier hire works best as part of a complete damp and mould solution. If you have had mould remediation carried out, structural drying immediately after treatment significantly improves long term results and reduces the risk of recurrence. If you have had a leak detected and repaired, drying the affected structure properly prevents secondary damp issues developing. We can advise on whether hire is appropriate for your situation when you get in touch.
